ART. 1: CATEGORIES
The Tournament is organized for the following categories:
Category U18 Male (Juniores): all the athletes born in the years 2000/2001/2002 or who have completed the fifteenth year may participate;
Category U16 Male (Allievi): all the athletes born in the years 2002/2003/2004 or who have completed the fourteenth year may participate;
Category U14 Male (Giovanissimi): all the athletes born in the years 2004/2005/2006 or who have completed the twelfth year may participate;
Category U18 Female (Juniores): all the athletes born in the years 2000/2001/2002/2003 can participate;
Category U16 Futsal (Allievi): all the athletes born in the years 2002/2003/2004 or who have completed the fourteenth year may participate.
ART. 2: MATCH TIME
The competitions will take place in two 30-minute halves each for the Male and Female U18 categories; 25 minutes each for the U16 categories of football and futsal; 20 minutes each for the U14 Category.
ART. 3: TOURNAMENT FORMULA
Each tournament’s category will consist of one or more groups depending on the number of the participating teams;
The groups will follow the Italian style with one-way matches. Three points for the victory will be assigned, a point for the draw and zero points for the defeat. In the event of a tie between two or more teams at the end of the round, the following criteria will be used to determine the ranking order:
a) points obtained in the direct matches;
b) goal difference in direct matches;
c) greater number of goals scored in the direct matches;
d) goal difference in the whole group;
e) greater number of goals scored in the whole group;
f) draw by the Organizing Committee.
If the Tournament will consist of several groups, there will be competitions of crossed semifinals and final for the assignment of the Title. Only in the semi-final and final matches, in case of a tie at the end of the timing, the execution of the “penalty shots” will take place, five per side kicked by different players.
ART. 4: GENERAL RULES
The competitions will take place on natural or artificial grass pitches, chosen at the discretion of the Organizing Committee, depending on the needs of opportunities or optimization of the event;
Each participating team is obliged to nominate an Assistant available to the referee in the competitions in which he / she is engaged;
Each team must be accompanied by at least one senior director whose data must be mentioned in the player list. This Manager is responsible for the behavior of the players both on the sports field and in the other spaces made available by the Organization;
Up to a maximum of 20 players can be listed. Basketball “free substitutions” are allowed when the game is stopped.
ART. 5: DISCIPLINE OF THE TOURNAMENT
The player who is given a red card during a game cannot participate in the next game and is subject to greater penalties determined by the Sporting Judge. After the fourth yellow card a disqualification round will be imposed.
Complaints against arbitration decisions are not allowed. Possible complaints against other irregularities must be presented to the Sporting Judge within ten minutes from the end of the game, accompanied by a fee of 50.00 euros; copy of the complaint must also be delivered to the counterparty within the same deadline.
For matters not provided in the current Regulations, the provisions of the Federal Regulations shall apply, as compatible, as reported on the C.U. No. 1 of F.I.G.C. related to the current season.
