Regolamento Torneo “Giochi del Tricolore” – Calcio a 5 Maschile

 Art. 1 – Oggetto del Regolamento

Il presente Regolamento disciplina l’organizzazione del Torneo “Giochi del Tricolore” della Categoria Calcio a 5 Maschile.

Art. 2 – Limiti di età per la partecipazione al Torneo

Possono partecipare al Torneo i calciatori nati negli anni 2007/2008/2009.

Art. 3 – Articolazione del Torneo

• L’organico del Torneo è di quattro squadre che formeranno un girone unico; il girone si svilupperà con gare di sola andata, di due tempi da 20 minuti ciascuno, secondo il calendario pubblicato dal Comitato Organizzatore. Saranno assegnati 3 punti per la vittoria, 1 punto per il pareggio e 0 punti per la sconfitta.
• Le squadre classificate ai primi due posti del girone disputeranno la gara di finale per il 1° e 2° posto; le squadre classificate al terzo e quarto posto del girone disputeranno la gara di finale per il 3° e 4° posto.
• In caso di parità di punteggio fra due o più squadre al termine di ogni girone, per la compilazione delle classifiche, si procede con la compilazione di una graduatoria (c.d. classifica avulsa) fra le squadre interessate, tenendo conto nell’ordine;
• Dei punti conseguiti negli incontri diretti fra le squadre interessate;
• Della differenza tra reti segnate e subite nei medesimi incontri;
• Della differenza tra reti segnate e subite nell’intero girone;
• Del maggior numero di reti segnate nell’intera fase;
• Del sorteggio a cura del Comitato Organizzatore.
• Nelle gare di Finale, in caso di parità al termine dei tempi regolamentari, si passerà direttamente ai Tiri di Rigore, secondo le modalità stabilite dalla regola 7 delle “Regole del Gioco” e “Decisioni Ufficiali”.

Art. 4 – Disciplina del Torneo

La terza ammonizione e l’espulsione determinano l’automatica squalifica per la gara successiva, salva l’applicazione di più gravi sanzioni disciplinari.

Art. 5 – Sostituzione 

Con le sostituzioni possono essere impiegati tutti i calciatori presenti nell’elenco fornito al Direttore di Gara.

Tournament Regulations “Giochi del Tricolore” – Men’s 5-a-side football

Art. 1 – Object of the Regulation

These Regulations govern the organization of the “Giochi del Tricolore” tournament in the Men’s Futsal category.

Art. 2 – Age limits for participation in the Tournament

Players born in the years 2007/2008/2009 can participate in the tournament.

Art. 3 – Organization of the Tournament

• The Tournament is made up of four teams that will form a single group; the round will be developed with one-way matches, of two halves of 20 minutes each, according to the calendar published by the Organizing Committee. 3 points will be awarded for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a loss.
• The teams classified in the first two places of the group will play the final match for the 1st and 2nd place; the teams classified in third and fourth place in the group will play the final match for the 3rd and 4th place.
• In the event of a tie between two or more teams at the end of each group, for the compilation of the rankings, a ranking (so-called detached ranking) is compiled among the teams concerned, taking into account the order;
• Of the points obtained in direct matches between the teams concerned;
• Of the difference between goals scored and conceded in the same matches;
• Of the difference between goals scored and conceded in the entire group;
• Most goals scored in the entire stage;
• Of the draw by the Organizing Committee.
• In the Final matches, in the event of a tie at the end of regulation time, there will be a direct go to the Penalty Throws, according to the methods established by rule 7 of the “Rules of the Game” and “Official Decisions”.

Art. 4 – Rules of the Tournament

The third warning and the expulsion determine the automatic disqualification for the next match, save for the application of more serious disciplinary sanctions.

Art. 5 – Substitution

With the substitutions, all the players on the list provided to the match director can be used.
