Regulations
Composizione Delle Squadre
Ogni squadra è composta da massimo 4 giocatori (due dei quali in campo). Le riserve possono sostituire il titolare solo all’inizio dell’incontro o, nel caso di infortunio, in qualsiasi momento ed una sola volta.
Categorie
Sono ammesse alla manifestazione le seguenti categorie:
- FEMMINILE 2007 2008 2009
- MASCHILE 2007 2008 2009
Impianti Ed Attrezzature
Il terreno di gioco è un rettangolo di m 16×8.
L’altezza della rete è posta alle seguenti altezze:
- femminile m 2,24
- maschile m 2,35
Regolamento
Valgono le regole della Pallavolo, con le sole eccezioni:
– non si può eseguire il pallonetto con le dita della mano aperta;
– non si può inviare la palla in palleggio nel campo avversario nel primo tocco; nel secondo e nel terzo tocco è consentito solo se la palla viaggia perpendicolarmente alla linea delle spalle (sia nel palleggio avanti che in quello rovesciato).
È consentita la presenza dell’allenatore in panchina.
Sistema Di Punteggio
La formula dei tornei dipenderà dal numero delle squadre iscritte.

Each team is made up of a maximum of 4 players (two of whom are on the pitch). The reserves can replace the owner only at the beginning of the match or, in the event of an injury, at any time and only once.

Plant And Equipment
The playing field is a rectangle of 16×8 m.
The height of the net is placed at the following heights:
- female 2.24 m
- male 2.35 m
Regulation
The rules of Volleyball apply, with the only exceptions:
– the lob cannot be performed with the fingers of the open hand;
– the ball cannot be dribbled into the opponent’s court in the first touch; in the second and third touch it is allowed only if the ball travels perpendicular to the shoulder line (both in the forward and reverse dribble).
The presence of the coach on the bench is permitted.
Score System
The format of the tournaments will depend on the number of registered teams.
